Karatara - Documentary
A reportage series shot in the rural town of Karatara where woodcutter families living in the remote forests were relocated by the government when the industry was deemed unsustainable. The community has been largely stigmatised by the larger surrounding towns and villages, and although the community does have challenges from a socio-economic standpoint my fascination with the town is very much about repeating facades of the houses.
